• Active Tennessee State PT license required; BLS certification preferred.

• Assess and evaluate patients’ functional limitations and plan individualized care.
• Test and measure strength, motor development, and functional capacity; document findings.
• Administer active and passive manual therapy, modalities, and assistive devices as appropriate.
• Instruct patients and families to perform home exercises and promote carryover across settings.
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with PT staff and other health team members.
