Responsibilities

• Administers comprehensive assessments to evaluate physical, cognitive, sensory processing and/or feeding abilities.
• Creates personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and continuously adjusts interventions.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, comprehensive care.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation in electronic medical records.
• Keeps licensure and CPR certification current and participates in continuing education.
