Job summary

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise physical therapy assistants, and participate in ongoing professional education to maintain licensure; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current Arkansas license as a Physical Therapist.
• One year of experience with the indicated client population preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to work with children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Administers and scores physical therapy assessments and completes comprehensive evaluations annually.
• Develops individualized physical therapy treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to plan care and progress toward goals.
• Supervises physical therapy assistants as indicated.
• Maintains familiarity with health and safety guidelines and completes required trainings.
