Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Full-Time or Part-Time | Paducah, KY
Atlas Kids, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team. At Atlas Kids, you'll work with children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to providing evidence-based, child-centered care that helps children build strength, confidence, mobility, and independence while supporting families every step of the way.
Your Role
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Provide hands-on therapy focused on strength, balance, coordination, mobility, gait training, and gross motor development
- Utilize engaging, play-based interventions to support participation, functional progress, and developmental milestone achievement
- Collaborate with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team to monitor patient outcomes and adjust interventions as appropriate
- Educate and partner with families and caregivers to encourage carryover and continued success at home and in the community
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time
- Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management
- Manage a typical full-time outpatient caseload averaging approximately 10-12 patient visits per day
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards
- Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Kentucky Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply

- Competitive Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 annually
