Job summary

Rehab Resources Beaver Dam is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. Work 1–2 days per week after school, delivering hands-on therapy to children in clinic and community settings.

You will evaluate, develop individualized treatment plans, support motor development and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams; documentation and progress tracking are key.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Wisconsin license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of children’s physical abilities, mobility, and coordination.
• Develop engaging, individualized treatment plans.
• Support motor development, balance, walking, posture, strength, and endurance.
• Help children achieve developmental milestones.
• Provide hands-on, evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with families, schools, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in school-based team meetings.
• Educate caregivers to support carryover at home and in school.
• Maintain organized and clear documentation of progress and goals.
