Job summary

Rehab Resources Mequon is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. You will evaluate and treat children, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with families and schools to support motor development and mobility.

The role offers full-time or part-time schedules, competitive pay and benefits, including health insurance, PTO, 401K with matching, and continuing education support. Wisconsin licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Wisconsin state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of children’s physical capabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve movement and independence.
• Address developmental or injury-related challenges, including balance and gait.
• Help children achieve milestones in motor development and mobility.
• Provide hands-on interventions to improve gross motor function.
• Collaborate with families, teachers and other professionals on goals and progress.
• Educate families on home and school-based therapy activities.
