With 45-minute, individualized therapy sessions, we prioritize quality over quantity—allowing you to make a real impact without burnout. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team of STs, PTs, and other specialists. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting children through their therapeutic journey, helping them grow in a fun, nurturing environment. Work Schedule:
- Full-time (32-40 hours per week) or part-time availability.
- Available to help our families at both our Hemet and Murrieta locations.
PT Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based occupational therapy protocols.
- Provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals.
- Work collaboratively with professionals from many other disciplines.
- Engage in physical therapy research to enhance knowledge about PT processes and develop new assessment and treatment methods that may lead to more effective outcomes.

Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in pediatric settings and/or supervision is a plus
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
