Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Gaithersburg, MD area. This W-2 hourly position offers flexibility to build a caseload with 10–40 hours per week, supporting part-time, full-time, after-school, or supplemental hours.

You will provide pediatric therapy services, collaborate with a supportive team, and tailor schedules to fit your life while maintaining clinical autonomy and access to a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Maryland Physical Therapy license or eligible.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, compassionate, child-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric physical therapy services to children and families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and families to support progress.
• Document sessions and coordinate scheduling and caseloads.

About Us

We are a therapist-owned pediatric therapy practice providing occupational, physical, and speech therapy services to children and families throughout Maryland. Our practice was founded by two clinicians who wanted to create the kind of workplace we wished existed—one where clinicians feel supported, families feel cared for, and children are given the space to learn and grow through meaningful, play-based therapy.

About the Position

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is excited to help us grow our Gaithersburg location. This is a W-2 hourly position with the flexibility to work as many or as few hours as desired, making it a great fit for someone looking for anything from a small supplemental caseload to a full-time schedule.

Schedule
