Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Gaithersburg location. The role offers flexible hours from part-time to full-time with W-2 status and hourly pay.

You will provide pediatric therapy services, coordinate care with a collaborative team, and support families through play-based, client-centered treatment. Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services to children and families in Gaithersburg.
• Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling for patients.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to plan and implement treatment.
• Support families with home programs and caregiver coaching.

We are a therapist-owned pediatric therapy practice providing occupational, physical, and speech therapy services to children and families throughout Maryland. Our practice was founded by two clinicians who wanted to create the kind of workplace we wished existed- one where clinicians feel supported, families feel cared for, and children are given the space to learn and grow through meaningful, play-based therapy.

About the Position

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is excited to help us grow our Gaithersburg location. This is a W-2 hourly position with the flexibility to work as many or as few hours as desired, making it a great fit for someone looking for anything from a small supplemental caseload to a full-time schedule.
