Job summary

POP is seeking a pediatric physical therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a warm, clinic-based setting. You will work with children birth to 21, providing hands-on therapy, designing growth-oriented treatment plans, and collaborating with other disciplines to support comprehensive care.

You will educate families, monitor progress, and participate in ongoing supervision and professional development in a supportive environment with opportunities for upward growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably within Early Intervention.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' areas for growth and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy techniques addressing the child's strengths and needs.
• Design and implement therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion.
• Educate patients and families on proper techniques for injury prevention and self-care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Responsibilities
