Job summary

Connect the Dots in Corvallis, OR is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our pediatric team serving children from birth to 18 years old.

This full-time position welcomes part-time applicants up to 24 hours per week and is an in-person clinic role. You will observe, evaluate, plan and implement one-to-one treatment, document progress, and collaborate with other therapists to support families.

Qualifications

  • Current Oregon PT license
  • Experience with pediatrics preferred (birth-18)
  • Background check and drug test may be required
  • Resume and references required

Responsibilities

  • Observe and evaluate children to determine current level of ability or deficiency.
  • Plan and implement one-to-one treatment according to the Plan of Care.
  • Collaborate with other therapists to plan and implement co-treatments.

Job description

Connect the Dots is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our special team of pediatric professionals in Corvallis, OR. We serve children from birth to 18 years of age with a wide variety of needs. Our therapists thrive in helping children and their families at challenging times in their lives.

This is a full-time position. Part-time applicants are also welcome for positions up to 24 hours a week.

Job Description:

Observe and evaluate children to determine current level of ability or deficiency.

Plan and implement one-to-one treatment according to the Plan of Care.

Collaborate with other therapists to plan and implement co-treatments.

Accurately document daily notes, evaluations and progress reports.

Adhere to established rules, regulations and laws.

Work cooperatively with families and fellow staff members with the goal of improving the lives of clients and their families.

Promote the benefits and value of pediatric physical therapy to a variety of audiences.

Meet and exceed minimum productivity requirements.

Key Skills and Attributes

Ability to gather information from a variety of sources.

Able to be prepared to start and end sessions on time and with a plan of treatment.

Exhibit excellent time management skills.

Communicate clearly with various parties.

Ability to complete session documentation within required time frames.

Experience working with children with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Torticollis and delayed development a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $37.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
