Job summary

AHN is seeking a PT Pediatric Telephone Triage RN to join Heritage Valley Pediatrics Chippewa in Beaver Falls, PA. The role involves handling telephone triage for pediatric patients, administering treatments per providers, and maintaining medical records with clear follow-up instructions. On-site schedule is Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays.

Requirements include RN licensure in PA, BLS, and successful completion of required clearances within 90 days. BSN and ACLS are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• RN graduation from an accredited program.
• Current Pennsylvania RN license (or able to obtain).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Successful completion of required background checks within 90 days.
• Part-time, on-site pediatric telephone triage nursing role.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional pediatric nursing care via telephone triage for the pediatric practice.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by providers.
• Maintain patients' medical records with observations.
• Assist providers during treatment and examinations as needed.
• Provide follow-up instructions and education to patients and families.
