Job summary

Children’s Medical Group is seeking a part-time phlebotomist to join our pediatric team at the Buckhead location. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with a Saturday rotation once a month from 8:30am to 1:00pm.

Duties include performing phlebotomy, correctly identifying patients under HIPAA, labeling specimens, processing samples promptly, restocking supplies, and entering demographics and test results into record systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Familiarity with computers and other office equipment.
• Basic typing and keyboard skills.
• Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation.

Children’s Medical Group has been providing the highest quality Pediatric care since 1947. We are comprised of 4 offices in Atlanta, Johns Creek, Decatur and Buckhead.

This is a part-time position at our Buckhead location with a Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule (3 days). There is also a Saturday rotation once a month from 8:30am-1:00pm.
