Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 6 months phlebotomy experience with children newborn to age 18.
• Phlebotomy Certification.
• Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.
• Bilingual.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs venipunctures, arterial punctures, and capillary sampling to obtain blood for testing.
• Collects urine sample for analysis.
• Documents collection and processed specimens effectively.
• Supports the general operations of the Laboratory.
• Enters orders for testing and accessioning in the computer system.
