Job summary

Children's Minnesota seeks a Pharmacist Leader to oversee day-to-day operations, supervise pharmacist personnel, and ensure compliance with department policies and regulatory requirements.

You will drive quality improvement, provide ongoing training, conduct performance reviews, and partner with clinical teams to support safe, effective patient care in a pediatric setting. This is a full-time role in Minnesota with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in Minnesota (PharmD/B.S.).
• ACPE-accredited college of Pharmacy graduate.
• BLS certification within 3 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational oversight and supervision of pharmacist personnel.
• Ensure compliance with department policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead training, performance reviews, and staff development.
