Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• PharmD is preferred.
• Must have a valid NYS Pharmacist license and registration.
• PGY1/PGY2 in Pediatric, Critical Care, ER or Oncology is preferred.
• Three-five years' experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities
