Qualificações

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Must have a valid NYS Pharmacist license and registration.

The individual manager is also responsible for reviewing staff time and attendance, adhering to pharmacy practice regulations, following-up on drug -related problems, conducting quality improvements reviews, training of professional and supportive staff and implementing administrative and clinical procedures and CHAM IV room 797 compliance. Other activities include project management, budgeting, compliance with policies and procedures, accreditation requirements and regulations and medication safety.**Education and Requirements:**Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy is required.Must have a valid NYS Pharmacist license and registration.Completion of a PGY 1 is preferred.Three-five years' experience is a similar role.Montefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
