Job summary

Children's Minnesota in Minnesota seeks a Clinical Informatics Pharmacy Manager to provide system-wide leadership for pharmacy informatics and optimize clinical applications and workflows. The role will drive adoption of technology and streamline workflows to improve patient care across the organization.

Qualifications

Lead and mentor pharmacy informatics teams and manage informatics projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for system optimization.
Excellent communication with clinical and IS stakeholders; build relationships across departments.

Responsibilities

Provide system-wide leadership for pharmacy informatics and integration of clinical applications.
Partner with Information Services and pharmacy leaders to set priorities and design workflows.
Guide informatics strategy, governance, and best-practice technology use.
Evaluate third-party solutions and ensure successful implementation and sustained use of systems.
Lead cross-disciplinary teams to improve patient care and operational performance.
