Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and effectiveness of the medication-use process and dispense medications per order
• Lead or coordinate department workflow and data-driven process improvements
• Train and coach team members and serve as a resource on drug utilization and cost containment
• Protect patient confidentiality and maintain medication security
