HAMLIN FAMILY DENTISTRY INC seeks a Patient Services Representative for our Pediatric Dental office. You will fulfill front desk duties, greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and handle billing information to support smooth operations.

Responsibilities include answering calls, maintaining records, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with medical staff to ensure excellent patient experience in a pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical office or dental receptionist role is preferred (over one year).
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using dental or medical practice management systems (e.g., Softdent, Dolphin).
• Knowledge of dental administrative support systems and procedures.
• Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using computer software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (one year of experience).
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
• Fluent in SPANISH is a bonus
