Job summary

Pediatric Home Service is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative to support a fast-paced Customer Service team. The role involves handling DME and IV delivery tickets, assisting customers, and maintaining patient records with strict HIPAA compliance.

The position offers in-office training with hybrid work 2-3 days/week after training, and includes benefits such as health/dental insurance and 401(k) matching. The salary is hourly and based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1 month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• DME intake/admissions experience preferred.
• Exceptional organization, multitasking, problem solving and communication; strong keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and confirm delivery tickets for Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
• Create IV Delivery Tickets (as applicable).
• Assist customers and staff via help desk, phone, email or in person.
• Maintain database of physician orders and update patient accounts.
• Coordinate courier service for deliveries as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA and EHR compliance.
