Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking a Travel RN for the Pediatric PACU in Tracy, CA. The position requires a CA RN license and ambulatory surgery/phase II experience within the past 2 years. Shift is days, 5x8 hours, 40 hours per week, start Oct 12, 2026 for 13 weeks.

Classic travel assignment with EPIC charting and 81-bed acute care pediatric PreOp setting. Candidates need active CA RN license, 3+ years RN experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and provide 2 supervisor references.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Ambulatory surgery/phase II experience within the past 2 years required.
• EPIC charting experience required.
• 2 supervisor references obtained within the past year required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care including direct patient care and patient/family education.
• Deliver holistic and individualized care tailored to each patient.
• Develop and manage interdisciplinary care plans addressing psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Maintain collaborative communication with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
