Job summary

Nexa Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated RN to join our Pediatric Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team in Alamogordo, NM. You will help pediatric patients recover from anesthesia and support their families throughout the process.

In this role, you’ll monitor patients post-surgery, administer medications as needed, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate patient records. A compassionate, patient-centered approach and solid communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• At least 1 year nursing experience in PACU or pediatric care.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Patient-centered approach with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and assessing patients’ conditions post-surgery.
• Administering medications and treatments as needed.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
• Providing compassionate support and education to patients’ families.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
