Job summary

Trusted Doctors invites a qualified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our pediatric practice in Reston, VA. You will provide primary and preventive care to infants, children, and adolescents, working closely with physicians and the clinical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

This role offers a predictable schedule with no hospital rounds, after-hours support via nurse triage, and a collaborative, family-centered work environment that prioritizes work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Physician Assistant program.
• Active NCCPA certification.
• Virginia license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct well-child examinations and developmental screenings.
• Diagnose and treat common pediatric conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications per guidelines and state law.
• Educate families on child development, nutrition, safety, and immunizations.
• Coordinate care with physicians and specialists.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Provide compassionate support to children and families.
• Participate in after-hours call rotation with nurse triage support.
