Baylor Scott & White Health in Killeen, TX is seeking a Physician Assistant for General Pediatrics. This outpatient role includes well visits, acute care, and follow-ups with an established patient panel, all within a supportive clinical team.

New grads are welcomed into a structured 12-month APP fellowship with comprehensive onboarding. Shifts are 8 or 10 hours, Monday–Friday, with early Friday departures and light weekend requirements.

Formación

• Degree in Physician Assistant program and licensure.
• Experience not necessarily required for new grads; on-the-job training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Assess physical and mental condition; perform comprehensive exams and obtain histories.
• Order and interpret lab tests to guide care.
• Prescribe medications and perform procedures per protocol.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with physician collaboration.
• Counsel patients and families on care plans and medications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate referrals when needed.
