Job summary

Children's National Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a PRN role across our outpatient regional centers. The RN will provide patient-centered care within the scope of professional nursing practice, adhering to policies and regulatory standards.

The position requires a BSN (preferred), 2 years of RN experience, and active RN licensure in DC (or MD/VA depending on practice location), plus CPR certification. weekend and holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• BSN from an approved school of nursing (Preferred).
• 2 years of RN experience (Required).
• Registered Nurse license in DC; license in DC/MD/VA dependent upon practice location (Required).
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification (Required).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care based on scope of practice, standards, and hospital policies.
• Maintain regulatory requirements and participate in mandatory education and activities to enhance nursing practice.
