With a BS/MS/DPT, current NC licensure, and CPR/BLS Level C, you’ll join a program offering relocation assistance and a 40-hour work week, with occasional Saturday coverage.

Qualifications

• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program (BS/MS/DPT).
• Current licensure in the state.
• CPR/BLS Level C certification.

Responsibilities

• _performs patient assessment and treatment within standard practice and hospital policies._
• Maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, plans, progress, and discharge notes.
• Ensures timely, legible charting and coding per policy and departmental statistics.
