Child & Family Development, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking psychologists at all experience levels to join our pediatric outpatient practice serving children, adolescents, and families.

We offer mentorship for early-career psychologists and autonomy for experienced clinicians in a multidisciplinary, collaborative setting. We provide a well-established, clinician-focused environment with a base salary plus potential earnings from billable hours, and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology.
• Active North Carolina psychology license or eligibility to practice.
• Strong clinical, communication, and writing skills.
• Commitment to family-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Residence in the Charlotte area or plan to relocate within three months.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Provide individual and family therapy based on training and interests.
• Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other professionals.
• Develop evidence-based treatment recommendations and maintain documentation.
