Nemours is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist for our outpatient Deptford, NJ location. The role involves pediatrics, evaluations, interventions, and patient/family education, with documentation and collaboration across departments.

Candidates must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, NJ license on hire (secondary DE license per policy), and BLS. New grads considered; weekend/holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited university (entry-level DPT).
• Pediatric experience is preferred.
• State license in NJ required on hire; DE license secondary per policy.

Responsabilités

• Provides physical therapy evaluations, interventions and patient/family education.
• Establishes and maintains documentation per state licensure and department policies.
• Participates in departmental education to expand knowledge and evidence-based practice.
• Attends treatment meetings and participates as an interdisciplinary team member.
• Consults with families and other services for durable medical equipment and home modifications.
• Maintains knowledge of insurance referral/authorization processes and documentation requirements.
• Completes mandatory training and may participate in weekend/holiday coverage as needed.
