Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Level I physical therapist to manage a defined group of pediatric patients, developing and modifying therapy programs based on evaluations and best practices.

The role supports Lincoln Park and Northbrook outpatient centers, collaborates with families and clinicians, and participates in rounds, education, and process improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current License or eligibility for Illinois.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• CPR certification (BLS AED Heartsaver) required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates each assigned patient and develops goals and care plans.
• Collaborates with families and other disciplines in planning.
• Regularly re-evaluates treatment effectiveness and adjusts plans.
• Provides education to patient/family and supports care planning.
• Participates in clinics, rounds, and departmental activities.
