The position offers a competitive salary range of $76,960 to $125,840, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have a current license or eligibility for the State of Illinois.
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program required.
• Certification in CPR from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for a designated group of patients.
• Evaluate and establish treatment plans based on best practices.
• Educate patients and families on care and health practices.
