Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in states where you work.
• ,
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Documentation and Billing: Maintains patient records and completes billing.

• Patient Care and Supervision: Manages patient care and supervises staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Continuing Education: Participates in continuing education opportunities for self and staff.
• Quality Improvement: Engages in quality improvement processes and utilization reviews.
• Meetings: Attends patient care conferences, interdisciplinary and staff meetings.
• Program Development and Marketing: Contributes to program development and marketing strategies.
