PediaStaff seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a pediatric outpatient clinic in Spartanburg, SC. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat infants to adolescents with communication, voice, fluency, feeding, and swallowing disorders, including autism and developmental delays.

The role emphasizes family collaboration, progress documentation, and caregiver education to maximize independence and participation in daily activities. 100% outpatient setting with flexible start date.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CF-SLP candidate eligible or pursuing CFY.
• Experience with pediatric populations in outpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of infants, children, and adolescents with speech, language, and related disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to support goals.
• Educate caregivers to carry over therapy at home and in the community.

Salary

Salary Range is $65,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and individualized treatment services to infants, children, and adolescents in an outpatient pediatric setting. The SLP works with patients who have speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, feeding, and swallowing disorders, as well as autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, neurological conditions, and other diagnoses affecting communication and functional independence. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting patient progress, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members, and educating caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic goals in the home and community. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and dedicated to helping children develop the communication and feeding skills needed to maximize independence, confidence, and participation in everyday life.

• Will consider a CF-SLP.
