Job summary

PediaStaff is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for outpatient services near Billings, MT. The role offers a base salary of $78k–$98k with monthly bonuses up to $6,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will evaluate pediatric clients birth–21, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a clinic setting. Schedule includes 8- or 10-hour shifts with no weekends.

Qualifications

• DPT or Master's in Physical Therapy is required.
• Montana PT license is required.
• Experience with children preferred (internships count).

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based PT services in a clinic setting.
• Supervise PTA-level providers when applicable to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes.
• Both full- and part-time candidates will be considered.

Qualifications:

• DPT Doctorate or Masters of Physical Therapy or equivalent
• MT PT license
• Previous experience with children required (internships count)
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills

Position Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts available, no weekends
• Setting: pediatric outpatient
• Caseload: ages birth-21 with a variety of needs with a focus on evidence-based practice
• monthly bonus structure available in addition to base salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy services in a clinic setting.
• Supervise PTA-level providers when applicable to ensure continuity of care as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically.
• Both full- and part-time candidates will be considered.
