Job summary

Rehab Resources is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to support Johnson Creek and Dodge County communities, with either full-time or part-time scheduling. You will provide hands-on pediatric care within a therapist-owned company that values professional growth and community impact.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with families, schools, and the clinical team to promote independence and daily functioning for children.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program and eligible for Wisconsin licensure.
• Wisconsin licensure as an OT required to practice in state.
• Pediatric experience preferred; mentorship available for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children’s physical, sensory, and functional development.
• Design and implement individualized pediatric therapy plans.
• Support fine motor, sensory regulation, and self-care goals.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and collaborative interventions.
• Work with families and school teams, documenting progress.
• Attend early intervention or school-based meetings as needed.
