Job summary

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations of assigned patients per established standards of care.
• Plans and provides treatment as appropriate.
• Completes all documentation of services per department standards.
• Adheres to safety training and reports hazards.
• Communicates with nursing staff and physicians about patient progress and discharge.
• Supervises COTA treatments and documentation.
• Monitors patient vitals and reviews relevant data.
• Follows Mercy safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions.
