Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations of assigned patients in accordance with standards of care.
• Plans and provides treatment to assigned patients per established standards.
• Completes all documentation of services per department standards.
• Follows hospital safety plans and reports hazards.
• Communicates with nursing staff and physicians regarding patient care.
• Supervises COTA treatments and documentation.
• Demonstrates knowledge of modalities (e.g., E-stim, therapeutic listening) as applicable.
