SPG Therapy & Education, a California-based pediatric group, is hiring Occupational Therapists for the 2026-2027 school year. Roles offer $60–$72 per hour, with full-time or part-time/per-diem options, and a chance to impact children and families.

You will deliver direct therapy, conduct assessments in school-based and clinic settings, collaborate with educators and families, maintain detailed documentation, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have pediatric experience; school-based experience preferred.
• Holds (or are eligible for) a valid California OT license.
• Masters Degree or Doctorate.
• Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings.
• Communicates effectively and thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
• Brings strong clinical skills and warm, client-centered approach.
• Eager to learn, grow, and continuously develop their professional expertise.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Direct therapy and conducting assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments.
• Collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams members to support student success.
• Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Providing supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.
