Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in Arizona is hiring Occupational Therapists for school-based and pediatric settings. You will deliver direct therapy, perform assessments, and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

The role emphasizes maintaining detailed documentation, ongoing professional development, and supervision of OT fieldwork students as needed. Eligible for state licensure in Arizona; Masters or Doctorate in OT required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering Direct therapy conducting assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments
• Collaborating Closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams members to support student success
• Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
• Providing supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed
