Theracare Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient pediatric team in Indiana. The clinician will work in a collaborative, play-based environment with children and families, primarily during afternoon and evening hours.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or higher in Occupational Therapy and Indiana licensure eligibility. The role emphasizes family education, teamwork, and flexible scheduling within a supportive ESOP-owned clinic.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Indiana OT license (or eligible).
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, and functional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support independence.
• Utilize play-based therapy techniques to engage children.
• Provide family and caregiver education for carryover of skills.
• Complete timely documentation including evaluations and progress reports.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
