Theracare Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric outpatient team in Indiana. The role offers afternoon and evening hours in a supportive, family-centered clinic that serves children across diverse backgrounds.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current or eligible for state license.
• Prefer active membership with the American Occupational Therapy Association (not required).
• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide occupational therapy treatment to pediatric patients under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional skill development, sensory integration, and independence
• Engage children and families through creative, play-based therapy approaches
• Accurately document treatment sessions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with therapists, families, and caregivers to support carryover of skills
