Benchmark Human Services is seeking a part-timeOccupational Therapist (OT) to support infants and toddlers within CT Birth to Three programs. OT evaluations, IFSP development and implementation, and EI supports are core responsibilities.

Coverage includes Beacon Falls, Bethany, Oxford, Seymour, and Woodbridge. Both part-time and full-time openings exist; minimum of 10 direct service hours per week is required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct evaluations and assessments per CT Birth to Three regulations.
• Develop rapport with children, families, and team members.
• Create family-centered IFSPs and implement services.
• Provide coaching and natural environment teaching.
• Coordinate Birth to Three trainings and service coordination as needed.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
