1+ year pediatric experience required; CA OT license; strong communication; growth ladder to leadership; competitive pay of $85k-$120k+ with benefits and a $600/year CEU budget.

Qualifications

• 1+ years pediatric experience required.
• California Occupational Therapy license required.
• Must have excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively connect with both children and their families.
• Build your evaluation skill set; if desired, this position comes with the opportunity to conduct IEEs and provide in-depth assessment and reports for clients.
• Must be able to work in person in Pleasanton, CA or throughout the East Bay.

Responsibilities

• Mix of settings: home-based EI services, boutique clinic, or schools; option to split time between homes and clinic.
• Clinic is in Pleasanton, CA; EI caseloads built across the East Bay to minimize driving.
• Flexible hours: full-time (32+ hours/week) or part-time (20+ hours/week).
