Honeybee Hires is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join a pediatric private practice in Humble, TX. This flexible, patient-centered position supports a caseload with options for 5x8, 4x10, or 3x12-hour shifts.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, plus a $3,500 sign-on bonus and productivity bonuses. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes OT, PT, and Speech Therapy, evaluate and treat children, develop individualized plans, educate families,

Qualifications

• Current or pending Texas licensure as a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for improving the lives of children and their families.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients using evidence-based Occupational Therapy methods.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to support developmental and functional goals.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide education and carryover strategies to families.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings, mentorship programs, and ongoing clinical training.
