Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP in Pasadena, TX seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one care in a focused, family-centered setting. You’ll conduct evaluations, set tailored goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children's growth.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, compensation options (hourly, salary or per visit), and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, holidays, and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Texas OT license or eligibility before start date.
• Experience preferred but new graduates welcome to apply.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create tailored treatment goals to enhance functional abilities
• Administer occupational therapy services to improve skills like range of motion, strength, coordination, and activities of daily living
• Train and support families with techniques and strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care; supervision of assistants is a plus
