This role requires a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, Texas OT license, and ideally 1 year of experience; bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Texas OT license (or eligible before start date).
• 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create tailored treatment goals to enhance functional abilities.
• Administer occupational therapy services to improve skills like range of motion, strength, coordination, and activities of daily living.
• Train and support families with techniques and strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care; supervision of assistants is a plus.
