MedCare Pediatric seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver individualized care and focused documentation in a family-centered environment. You will craft tailored plans to help children reach their full potential and collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, structured schedules, and opportunities for mentorship and growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
• Texas Occupational Therapy License (or able to obtain before start date).
• 1 year of experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create tailored treatment goals to enhance functional abilities.
• Administer occupational therapy services to improve skills like ROM, strength, coordination, and activities of daily living.
• Train and support families with techniques and strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care; supervision of assistants is a plus.
