Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Minnesota license to practice OT.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• PEDIATRIC experience and autism exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor OTRs and COTAs.
• Maintain pediatric caseload and provide high-quality treatment.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other providers.
• Complete timely documentation including daily notes and plans of care.
• Balance independent work with team collaboration.
