Qualifications

• Active Illinois and/or Indiana Occupational Therapy License.
• 2 years of pediatric OT experience across school, clinic, and/or home settings.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and clinical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop OTs and OTAs across multiple service lines.
• Serve as a clinical expert by problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes.
• Deliver direct pediatric occupational therapy services across different environments.
• Collaborate with leadership and managers to improve clinical standards and program development.
• Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion, and a good sense of humor.
