Therapitas in Oklahoma City is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary outpatient team. The role offers a full-time schedule in a clinic serving Spanish-speaking families, with interpreter support and opportunities for Spanish lessons or an immersion trip.

We provide a supportive mentorship, manageable caseloads, and a pathway to growth. A signing bonus up to $8,000 and a salary range of $65,000–$82,000 per year are included.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program; licensure or eligibility to obtain Oklahoma OT license.
• Spanish fluency is a plus, not required.
• New grads and board-exam candidates welcome.

Responsabilités

• Conduct evaluations for pediatric patients.
• Develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled OT interventions for fine motor, sensory processing, and executive function.
• Document services in EMR and meet payer requirements.
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and other team members.
• Supervise OTAs and OT students.
